ZVAC : Vacuum Die Casting Technique
Vacuum for magnesium aluminium and zinc diecasting
ZVAC is a vacuum die casting technique that was first developed in UK a foundy in 1991.

The name ZVAC was given to the method in 2004.

It is very effective for reducing porosity and surface flow defects.

It very reliable and not expensive.

It is now being used globally, on machines up to 3,200T, for die castings of magnesium, aluminium, brass and zinc alloys

ZVAC's ADVANTAGES:

CASTING
    Excellent castings

    Near zero porosity
No blisters when polishing or painting
High dimensional consistency across parting line
Enables thinner parts and materal saving

DIE DESIGN:
    Easy to implement
    Low maintenance needs
